How much does custom software cost?
It depends on what you need. After a free review we send a written scope with a fixed price or a clear estimate, so you know the cost before any work starts.
How long does a project take?
Smaller tools and AI agents can be ready in weeks; larger applications take longer. Your written scope includes a timeline, and you see working software early through regular demos.
Is it HIPAA compliant?
We build for HIPAA from the start: a business associate agreement, encryption, role-based access with two-factor sign-in, audit logs and the minimum necessary data. Your own policies and how the software is used matter too, and we help your team with both.
Will an AI agent give medical advice?
No. Agents follow scripts you approve, answer practical questions like hours, directions, insurance and appointments, and hand anything clinical, urgent or unclear to a person on your team.
Can it connect to our EHR and phone system?
In most cases, yes. We connect securely to EHR and practice management systems, phone systems, clearinghouses and email wherever those systems allow it. We confirm what is possible with your systems during the free review.
Who owns the software and the data?
Your practice's data is always yours. Ownership and licensing of the software itself are spelled out in your written proposal before work begins.
Do we need to use your other services?
No. Custom software and AI agents are available on their own. Many practices combine them with our front desk, billing or marketing services.
