Who may use this website

This website is for healthcare providers, practice staff, business contacts and job applicants. You must be at least 18 years old to submit a form, book a review or apply for a job.

Information on this website

Content on this website, including articles, calculators, comparisons and answers from Ava, is general information about our business and healthcare administration. It is not medical, legal, financial, tax or coding advice, and it does not create a professional relationship. Market price ranges on the comparison pages come from published industry sources and may change; actual quotes from any provider vary.

Screens of Pulseline and MDClaim360 on this website use sample data. They do not show real patients or practices.

Prices and quotes

Prices on this website are our current list prices and may change. Estimates from the calculators and plan builder are for planning only. Your final price, scope and terms are confirmed in writing before any work begins.

Our services

Front desk support, billing and revenue cycle management, marketing, software and related services are provided only under a signed service agreement and, where patient information is involved, a business associate agreement. If those agreements conflict with these terms, those agreements control for the services they cover.

Ava and other AI features

Ava answers questions about our services, prices and company, and can help you book a review. Ava is an automated assistant, not a person. Her answers are general information and can be incomplete or wrong, so please confirm anything important with our team. Do not share patient health information, passwords or payment details with Ava. Ava will only fill in a form, open a page or book a review when you ask her to or confirm it.

Bookings and cancellations

When you book a free practice review, you agree to give accurate contact details. We will send a calendar invitation to the email you give us. You can reschedule or cancel by replying to that invitation, emailing contact@incaremd.com or calling (833) 4-CARE-98. We may need to reschedule a booking and will contact you if we do. Reviews are free and carry no obligation.

Accounts and the admin portal

The admin portal is only for authorized InCareMD team members. Client logins to Pulseline and MDClaim360 are governed by the client's service agreement. If you have an account, keep your sign-in details confidential, use your own account only and tell us right away if you think someone else has used it. We may suspend access to protect the website or our clients.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the website in a way that breaks any law or the rights of others.
• Send patient health information, malware, spam or content that is false, abusive or infringing.
• Try to access accounts, systems or data you are not authorized to use, or test the website's security without our written permission (see responsible disclosure).
• Disrupt or overload the website, or get around rate limits or other protections.
• Scrape the website in a way that harms its performance, or copy it to build a competing service.
• Pretend to be someone else or misrepresent your connection with a person or organization.

What you send us

You are responsible for the information you send through the website and confirm that you have the right to share it. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without any obligation to you.

Intellectual property

The website and its content, including text, design, graphics, software, and the InCareMD, Pulseline and MDClaim360 names and logos, belong to InCareMD or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view and print pages for your own business use. Any other use needs our written permission. Some photos are licensed stock images used for illustration.

Links to other websites

The website links to other sites, such as Google Maps and the sources listed on the comparison pages. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Newsletter and emails

If you subscribe, we will send occasional updates about our services and healthcare administration. You can unsubscribe at any time with the one-click link in every newsletter email. We will still send messages about bookings or services you requested.

Disclaimers

The website is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not promise that the website will always be available, error free or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, InCareMD will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the website. Our total liability for any claim about the website is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you. This section does not limit liability under a signed service agreement, which has its own terms.

Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold InCareMD harmless from claims, losses and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, that arise from your misuse of the website or your breach of these terms.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of [State], without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
